1. الحساب والمكتبة السحابية
نحتفظ بحسابك وبيانات المكتبة والمشاهدة والتفضيلات المتزامنة ما دام الحساب نشطاً أو حتى تحذف العناصر أو تطلب حذف الحساب. بعد التحقق من طلب الحذف، نستهدف إكماله عادة خلال 30 يوماً.
2. البيانات المحلية
تبقى قاعدة البيانات المحلية والكاش والإعدادات على الجهاز حتى تحذفها داخل التطبيق أو تمسح بيانات التطبيق أو تزيله. إزالة التطبيق من جهاز واحد لا تحذف الحساب السحابي تلقائياً.
3. التحليلات وتقارير الأعطال
تُحتفظ بيانات Firebase Analytics وCrashlytics وفق إعدادات الاحتفاظ المتاحة في خدمات Google وإعدادات المشروع. نستخدمها لأغراض القياس والاستقرار، ونراجع إعداداتها دورياً ونقلل البيانات المخصصة قدر الإمكان.
4. التعليقات والبلاغات
تبقى التعليقات حتى يحذفها صاحبها أو تُزال بالإشراف أو يُحذف الحساب وفق آلية المعالجة. قد نحتفظ بسجل محدود للبلاغات وقرارات الإشراف مدة لازمة لمنع الإساءة المتكررة والتحقيق في الحوادث.
5. النسخ الاحتياطية والسجلات الأمنية
قد تبقى بيانات محذوفة في نسخ احتياطية دورية أو سجلات أمنية لفترة محدودة قبل تدويرها أو حذفها، ولا تُستخدم خلالها لتقديم خصائص عادية للمستخدم. قد نحتفظ بما يفرضه القانون أو يلزم لحماية الحقوق ومنع الاحتيال.
6. طلباتك
لطلب الحذف أو الاستفسار عن الاحتفاظ، استخدم صفحة حذف الحساب أو راسل privacy@tvday.tech.
1. Account and cloud library
We retain your account, library, viewing data, and synchronized preferences while the account is active, until you delete items, or until you request account deletion. After verifying a deletion request, we normally aim to complete it within 30 days.
2. Local data
The local database, cache, and settings remain on the device until removed in the app, cleared through system settings, or the app is uninstalled. Removing the app from one device does not automatically delete the cloud account.
3. Analytics and crash reports
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data is retained according to retention controls available in Google's services and the project configuration. We use it for measurement and stability, review settings periodically, and minimize custom data where possible.
4. Comments and reports
Comments remain until deleted by their author, removed through moderation, or handled during account deletion. Limited report and moderation-decision records may be retained as needed to prevent repeated abuse and investigate incidents.
5. Backups and security logs
Deleted data may remain in rotating backups or security logs for a limited period before it is overwritten or deleted, and is not used to provide ordinary user features during that time. We may keep information required by law or necessary to protect rights and prevent fraud.
