1. قبول الشروط

باستخدام TV Day، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، فتوقف عن استخدام الخدمة.

2. طبيعة الخدمة

TV Day أداة لاكتشاف الأفلام والمسلسلات وتنظيم المكتبة والتقدم والتقييمات والتذكيرات. لا يبيع أو يؤجر أو يبث الأفلام والمسلسلات، ولا يضمن توفر أي عمل في خدمة بث معينة.

قد تتغير خصائص الخدمة أو تتوقف مؤقتاً للصيانة أو الأمان أو المتطلبات القانونية.

3. الحسابات

أنت مسؤول عن صحة معلومات الحساب وعن حماية وسيلة تسجيل الدخول. يجب إبلاغنا عند الاشتباه في وصول غير مصرح به. يمكننا تعليق حساب يُستخدم للإساءة أو التحايل أو الإضرار بالخدمة.

4. الاستخدام المقبول

لا يجوز لك:

• محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات مستخدم آخر.
• تعطيل الخدمة أو تجاوز حدودها أو آليات الأمان.
• استخدام نسخ معدلة للتحايل على التحديثات الأمنية أو قيود الخادم.
• استخراج البيانات أو الصور على نطاق واسع بما يخالف حقوق الموردين.
• استخدام الخدمة لنشر محتوى غير قانوني أو مسيء عند تفعيل الخصائص الاجتماعية مستقبلاً.

5. المحتوى والملكية الفكرية

اسم TV Day وشعاره وتصميماته وبرمجياته مملوكة لأصحابها. بيانات الأفلام والمسلسلات والصور والعلامات تخص أصحاب الحقوق ومزودي البيانات.

يستخدم TV Day بيانات TMDB وفق شروطها، ولا يعني ذلك اعتماد TMDB للتطبيق.

يستخدم هذا المنتج واجهات TMDB، لكنه غير معتمد أو مصادق عليه من TMDB.

6. الدقة والتوفر

نسعى إلى عرض معلومات دقيقة، لكن بيانات العروض وتواريخ الإصدارات والمواسم وخدمات المشاهدة قد تتغير أو تحتوي على أخطاء. لا ينبغي الاعتماد على TV Day كمصدر وحيد لقرارات مالية أو قانونية أو تعاقدية.

7. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

تُقدم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب التوفر» بالحد الذي يسمح به القانون. لا نضمن عدم الانقطاع أو خلو الخدمة من الأخطاء. لا نتحمل الخسائر غير المباشرة الناتجة عن فقدان البيانات أو الاعتماد على معلومات خارجية، باستثناء ما لا يسمح القانون باستبعاده.

8. الإنهاء والتغييرات

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وطلب حذف حسابك. يمكننا إيقاف الوصول عند مخالفة الشروط أو عند وجود خطر أمني. قد نحدّث الشروط، وسنوضح تاريخ التحديث ونبلغ عن التغييرات الجوهرية عند الحاجة.

1. Acceptance

By using TV Day, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

2. Nature of the service

TV Day is a tool for discovering films and shows and organizing libraries, progress, ratings, and reminders. It does not sell, rent, or stream films or shows and does not guarantee availability on any streaming service.

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or legal requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information and protecting your sign-in method. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts used to abuse, circumvent, or damage the service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Attempt to access another user's data.
• Disrupt the service or bypass limits or security controls.
• Use modified builds to evade security updates or server restrictions.
• Extract data or images at scale in violation of provider rights.
• Use future social features for illegal or abusive content.

5. Content and intellectual property

The TV Day name, logo, designs, and software belong to their respective owners. Movie and TV metadata, images, and trademarks belong to rights holders and data providers.

TV Day uses TMDB data under TMDB's terms; this does not imply TMDB endorsement.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

6. Accuracy and availability

We work to display accurate information, but release dates, seasons, availability, and external metadata may change or contain errors. TV Day should not be the sole source for financial, legal, or contractual decisions.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect loss from data loss or reliance on external information, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

8. Termination and changes

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict access for violations or security risks. We may update these terms, revise the date, and provide notice of material changes when appropriate.
